Description
On or about 16 May 2013, the Southern Regional Contracting Office intends to issue solicitation W81K00-13-Q-0016 and ultimately a sole-source contract to the Washington Psychological Center of Washington, DC to provide instructional services to Behavioral Health providers within the US Army Southern Regional Medical Command area of responsibility on the use of the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) approach. The purpose of the requirement is to achieve a standardized clinical approach to mitigate suicide risk. The contractor will service as part of a collaborative team with Active Duty and Civilian providers at each military treatment facility (MTF) and provide the following services: conduct a Risk Assessment; Theoretical and Clinical Application Training; Refresher Training, Post-CAMS Training Consultation; and Warrior Resiliency Program Pre- and Post-Implementation Consultation. Services will be required during the period of on/about 1 June 2013 - 30 September 2013 and two (2) twelve-month option periods (i.e., through 30 September 2015). However, all responsible small-business concerns may submit a quote outlining their capabilities, which will be considered by the agency.
