Support Services for the NSF's Commercialization Assistance to Phase II/IIB grantees under the SBIR/STTR Program

This is to provide notification that the National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to modify contract No. NSFDACS09C1158 with Kenotomeo, Inc. The contractor will assume operational responsibility of the MatchMaker (MM) program. The contractor shall manage the MatchMaker (MM) program's existing set of corporate participants identifying one or more areas of their technological needs, and periodically culling the NSF SBIR/STTR portfolio of Phase II/IIB grantees with product offerings that address these technological needs. Kenotomeo provides the experience and has access to a nationwide network of potential partners and investors with a wide spectrum of technology segments for this type of specialized technical services. There is no other vendor capable of taking over this service at this critical time and to assume the responsibilities of this requirement without a disruption of existing services and duplication of cost. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action, based on this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
