ARRA Funds - Realignment of Funding and Ceiling with no cost impact to Total Value

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY The Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) on behalf of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) issued Modification # 9 under Contract GS00T10AJC0009 directly (non-competitively) to Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions, LLC on August 8, 2011. This contract was originally awarded utilizing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds to Torres as a Directed 8(a) Contract, on a Time and Materials basis on March 24, 2009. The purpose of this contract provide expert support to document the "as-is" business activities/manual workflows and provide "to-be" plans and process maps for streamlining opportunities of FSA's Farm Programs and their supporting interfaces. The scope of services consists of strategic roadmap development, architectural environment diagram planning, costs estimates, schedule development, SAP software requirements validation, and requirements gathering. Modification # 9 was administrative in nature; including the realignment of funding and ceiling with a $0 value (issued with no overall cost impact to the total estimated value or total funded amount of the contract).
