Intent to Sole Source , Logical Follow-On for Acquisition Administrative and Acquisition Support Services Amendment 1 is the posting of the JFOC. NAICS: 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services Product Service Code: R Professional, Administrative and Management Support Classification Code: R499 - Other Professional Services The U.S. Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), intends to negotiate and award two, commercial, sole source, labor hour, logical follow-on bridge contracts for Acquisition Administrative and Acquisition Support Services which includes a continuity of services clause ¿ FAR 52.237-3, to Intelligence, Communications and Engineering, Inc. (ICE) 1850 Paseo San Luis, Sierra Vista, Arizon 856.35-4612 and MARTEKD2DINC J.V. 7910 Woodmont Avenue, Suite 540 Bethesda, Maryland 20814-3065 pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements. These services are necessary to ensure the continuity of services during the pending break in services between the expired indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles D11PC20218 and D11PC20219, which will expire September 14, 2016 and the in-process, recompete, an 8(a) set-aside solicitation (RFP D16PS00005) for similar services which closed on June 30, 2016 and is anticipated to be awarded January 2017, with a sixty day transition period. This notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only two sources is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals.
