THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A OUT OF SCOPE MODIFICFATION: To provide additional support for Defense Security Corporation Agency (DSCA), Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU’s), Workforce Education and Training Program with contract support to successfully implement the following mission areas The education and training of the Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the wider Security Cooperation Enterprise (SCE), which includes industry and foreign partners, on effective security cooperation management policies, procedures, and techniques. The enhancement of the long-term professional development of the SCW through career and development programs. Security Cooperation (SC) research, consultation, and information dissemination for the SCE. Specifically, the contractor will be tasked to perform the following responsibilities: Develop predictive resourcing models and conduct workload balancing analysis. Develop a Women, Peace and Security (WPS) curriculum and provide supporting services. Manage and update Security Cooperation Workforce Development Database (SCWD-D) records in support of military departments (MILDEPs). Manage the integration and data sharing between the SCWD-D and other pertinent systems. Conduct quality assurance, coordination and communication for continuous learning requirements. Provide policy development support and coordination related to the Security Workforce Development Program (SCWDP). Provide program manager for the SCWDP and its activities. This notice of intent is not a solicitation and the Government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this notice.
