Notice of Intent to Issue Sole Source Bridge for Financial Management Systems Monitoring and Support Services

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL - In pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of Financial Management Directorate (FMD) intends to award a firm fixed price bridge contract on a sole source basis to TeraThink Corporation, 11955 Freedom Drive, STE 780, Reston, VA 20190. Service are currently being performed under contract no. HQ0034-15-F-0189, which ends on October 12, 2018, and contract no. HQ0034-14-F-0100, which ends October 4, 2018. The anticipated period of performance shall be for a four-month base period. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The contract is intended to meet FMD's requirement for continued Financial Management Systems Monitoring and Support Services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) 4th Estate offices to meet mission and business requirements. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
