Notice of Intent to Sole Source Contract for Web and Mobile Application Software Licenses

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE – THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO ASANA, INC. FOR WEB AND MOBILE APPLICATION SOFTWARE LICENSES The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source contract under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Simplified Procedures to Certain Commercial Items implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) “Soliciting from a single source.” WHS/AD intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to Asana, Inc., 1550 Bryant Street, Suite 800, San Francisco, CA 94103-4859, CAGE: 7BFG5, DUNS: 025322986. The contract is necessary to provide web and mobile application software licenses to help teams organize, track, and manage their work. The anticipated period of performance will be for one 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, Small Business Size Standard of $27,500,000.00 annual sales. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
