Atlassian JIRA Licenses and PIV Cards Maintenance and Support

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE May 26, 2020 The Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Contracts Management Division at 1320 Braddock Place, Alexandria, VA 22314, hereby formally announces the intent to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to the Go-2-Group. The contractor will be required to provide maintenance and support for the Atlassian JIRA Licenses and PIV Cards. The proposed contract action is for services for which Food and Nutrition Services intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.SC. 3304(a)(3), as implemented by FAR 13.501. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, all interested persons that identify to the Contracting Officer their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government’s requirement within 15 calendar days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
