The U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) Enterprise, Technology, Integration, Governance, and Engineering Requirements (ETIGER) requirement is being offered as an 8(a) Alaska Native Corporation Direct Award IAW FAR 19.8. HRC and Army Contracting Command-Rock Island (ACC-RI) thank all of the vendors that expressed interest in this requirement and encourage you to continue to watch for future HRC and ACC-RI IT requirements. Please Note: Request for Information #275300 issued 14 March 2019 on Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions - Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (CHESS ITES-3S) determined multiple small businesses capable of performing the ETIGER requirement. Therefore, if the requirement had been competed, large vendors would not have been eligible.
