This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposal. However, if interested, Government shall consider all responses. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with FormTran of Lake Forest, CA 92630. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). Contract will be evaluated on Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The NAICS code for this contract will be 541519. NHRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM). In order to register with SAM and be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offerors must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number.
