This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 30 May 2024 to

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
