The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of The Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The current contractor, 2020 Company, LLC, 3110 Fairview Park, Falls Church, VA 22042, will provide service for OCARs Strategic Toolset Army Reserve-Program, Budget and Analysis (STAR-PBA). This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of 90 days. The NAICS Code for this Notice is 541513 with a size standard of $25m. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals will be available for competitive proposals.
