The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) at Quantico, VA intends to procure 20 CONUS VideoScout Training sessions from L-3 Services, Inc., 3033 Science Park Rd, San Diego, CA 92121. This procurement will utilize other than full and open competition procedures of FAR 6.302-1. The Government has a requirement for 20 VideoScout Training sessions at various Marine Corps Bases within CONUS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice, however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and past performance data no later than 4:00pm local time on September 24, 2009.
