Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) Organization for IT Support Services

This notice is to inform the public that the information obtained as a result of this RFI was reviewed accordingly to assist the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) organization with solicitation planning in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3 "Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes". TISCOM has determined that the requirements stated within the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) of this RFI will be solicited through the utilization of U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA) General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services; Schedule 70; Special Item Number (SIN) 132-51. The resultant proposal will be evaluated for the purpose of establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the Technology Enterprise Support Services (TESS) in support of TISCOM. It is anticipated that the BPA Period of Performance (POP) will be for five years (One 12 month Base Period and Four 12 month Option Periods). The TESS BPA Request for Proposal number will be HSCG79-15-R-PTG002. The RFP will be solicited as a full and open competition to all GSA Schedule 70 holders under SIN 132-51 through GSA's eBuy. All future TISCOM postings regarding the TESS BPA solicitation will be posted through the utilization of GSA's eBuy. TISCOM anticipates posting the RFP within the next several weeks. With that said, this RFI is hereby considered closed. Do note that TISCOM obtained an approved waiver not to use Department of Homeland Security strategic sourcing vehicles. TISCOM is not accepting any more questions/comments in regards to this RFI or for the provided PWS. Future questions/comments to the TESS BPA solicitation will be accepted accordingly after the TESS BPA RFP is posted to eBuy.
