Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Medical Public Health Information Sharing Environment (MPHISE)

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source Task Order against a GSA FSS contract to procure a collaborative cloud-based platform and subject matter experts to engage, inform, coordinate, and support the national response to the COVID-19 pandemic for medical and healthcare partners across the Federal State Local Tribal Territorial & Private (FSLTT) space, including international partners. The estimated period of performance is twelve (12) months. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services with a business size standard of $30M (annual receipts). The Product & Service Code is D302 – IT Systems Development Services. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR Authority 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), An Urgent and compelling need exists, and following the procedures would result in unacceptable delays. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple-Award Schedule Program. For this requirement, Efiia Consulting LLC possesses the necessary capabilities.
