Bidders’ Library documents are for the purpose of providing potential offerors with information related to the acquisition. The Table of Contents (Excel sheet Bidders’ Library ToC_SAM) contains a list of all documents, organized by capability / category. Documents listed under “GENERAL” are those that do not refer to a specific capability but are still related to the over-all work required. This posting will only include Bidders’ Library documents. All other documents (RFP, RFP attachments, etc.) are in the related MPE OM&S posting. At this time, the only Bidders’ Library documents are those attached to this SAM posting. Going forward, it is anticipated all unclassified Bidders’ Library documents will be uploaded to SAM.
