This notice serves as formal public announcement of the Social Security Administration’s performance decision of a Competitive Sourcing Study in accordance with OMB Circular A-76 (revised May 29, 2003). This notice does not constitute a solicitation. Agency: Social Security Administration- Agency Component Agency Component: Office of Systems, Office of Disability Systems Study- Location: 3200 Lord Baltimore Drive; Baltimore, Maryland; 21235- Type of Competition: Streamlined- Start date of the competition: January 17, 2006- Description of activity being competed: The activities being competed are the conversion of approximately 300 current electronic forms to a new, as yet undetermined, format; construction of a Form Portal from which form templates and form instances can be found, selected, routed, and saved; development of a Form Server that can store form templates and existing form instances; development of several Form Features; and maintenance of the electronic forms, Form Portal, Form Server, and Form Features.- Incumbent service providers: Government Employee- Number of government personnel performing the activity: 10 FTE- Name of the CSO: Jo Anne B.
