NOTICE OF INTENT The National Park Service, Colonial National Historical Park (COLO), Yorktown, VA intends to award a noncompetitive contract to Computer Information Systems Inc (CIS).; 7840 N. Lincoln Avenue, Skokie, IL 60077, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The park requires CAD support services. The park already utilizes the CIS CAD system and only CIS technicians are capable of performing the maintenance requirements because the technicians have the source codes and developer knowledge. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services.
