NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO 8(a) SOLE SOURCE: The United States Air Force, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (USAF AMIC), Advisory and Assistance Services (PKAB) Contracting Branch intends to award a sole source contract to the 8(a)JV, SOFITC JV LLC (UEI: PWJFKZ591LN6). SOFITC JV LLC will be providing information technology service to the Government in a controlled network environment. The anticipated award date is 1 July 2022. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541511 with a size standard of $30.0M. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS REQUIREMENT BASED ON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT.
