Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), Participating Government Agency (PGA), Message Set: Support Services Center

Pursuant to the FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(C), USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), intends to award a sole source IT Help Desk Services task order utilizing the GSA contract schedules in that in the interest of economy and efficiency, the new work is a logical follow-on to an original Federal Supply Schedule order (see attached justification). The contract will be for a base and two option years for help desk services for the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), Participating Government Agency (PGA), Message Set: Support Services Center. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task order issued under FAR PART 8 procedures to Technik, Inc., 12950 Worldgate Drive, Suite 230, Herndon, VA 20170-6026. UEID: NPVCNCKSQNC7. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to issue a follow-on task order for continued help desk support. The requirement is essential to meeting the government's needs. Any interested sources including small businesses capable of providing the product are encouraged to provide detailed capability information. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.
