RECOVERY--Y--Indefinite Delivery Contract for Architect and Engineering Services for Surveying and Mapping

The Mobile District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is placing a task order against Contract No. W91278-09-D-0010, 3001 International, Inc., said contract being dated 12 November, 2008, which has already been competed and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Contract for AE Services for Surveying and Mapping. The purpose of this task order is to provide support to the USACE in the deployment of an operational real-time GIS-based system to support USACE navigation operations for inland locks and waterways and deep draft channels. The system will be called the Lock Operations Management Application (LOMA). It will provide the following capabilities: Inland and coastal navigation data from LOMA will provide real-time operational information, including geospatial location of commercial vessels as they approach locks and travel on the waterway, historical information, and have the ability to collect and distribute electronically lock operational and environmental data via a map interface.
