Special Notice Sole SourceThe Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Pictometry International Corp. in Rochester, NY to provide United States Patent No. 5,247,356 Oblique Aerial Digital Imagery. This procurement is a sole source requirement and is not a solicitation or a request for competitive proposal. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1700 on September 7. 2010 by sending an e-mail to
