A -- FALCON (Force Application and Launch from CONUS) Technology Information and Export Control and ITAR restrictions for Phase II.

On February 10 and 11, 2004, the FALCON program held a Technical Information Meeting for the Task 1 and Task 2 contractors in Phase I. The information presented by the government on emerging technologies is available to Phase II intended proposers. Some of this information is ITAR restricted and it is each company's responsibility to make sure they are in line with all ITAR requirements. Use of foreign prime contractors will unacceptably delay the program. It is suggested that foreign concerns develop U. S. industry relationships that would overcome export control/ITAR requirements.
