Notice of Tentative Acquisition - USMC Aviation Training System (ATS) Task Order. List of Lot I (Unrestricted) Fielded Training System Services (FTSS) IV Multiple Contract Award Prime Contractors

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under FTSS IV Lot 1 for Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS); Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS); Contractor Instructional Services (CIS) at MCAS Cherry Point, NC; MCAS New River, NC; MCAS Pendleton, CA; MCAS Miramar, CA; and, MCAS Yuma, AZ; and, Training System Management (TSM) at Marine Air Weapons and Tactic Squadron – One (MAWTS-1) at MCAS Yuma, AZ. The following platforms are anticipated to be supported: CH-53E, V-22B, CH-53K, AV-8B, UH-1, AH-1, ROBD2, MCAT, KC-130, Night Imaging Threat Evaluation (NITE) Lab and maintenance training devices. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) month mobilization; a 10 month base year with four (4) twelve month options and one (1) two (2) month option. Mobilization is anticipated to start 01 Dec 20, with a Contract Start Date (CSD) of 01 Jan 21.
