Justification and Approval for Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP) SDVOSB Sole Source

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award on a SDVOSB sole source basis, a single, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity-type contract with firm-fixed-price provisions to Prevailance, Inc. - for Antiterrorism Force Protection services in support of United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC).
