Notice of intent to Sole Source to VA Spaces

The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to VA Spaces (Small 8a) for ongoing A&E services. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and be received by the archive date of this notice effective September 8, 2023 at 10:00AM Eastern Time. Point of contact is [email protected]. The proposed requirement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with VA Spaces. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (Feb 2007) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items an 52.212-5 (Apr 2008) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
