Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA's decision to extend the period of performance on the current Supplemental engineering and technical support services for Center Operations Division, IDIQ contract no. DTFACT-17-D-00009 with BACIK Group LLC for a period of Six months, (Three (3) month base period, and three (3) one-month option periods) on a single source basis to ensure continuity of critical engineering and technical support services while the FAA complete the source selection for the follow-on contract. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicted proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
