The One-year tech support, One-year maintenance, calibration, and software update can only be performed by the manufacturer. Innovative Algorithms LLC. is the only one that can push out updates to improve or correct any deficiencies in the current system. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration’s SAM.gov website (www.SAM.gov).
