RECOVERY - Notice of Intent to Award Modifciation to Task Order, Architecture and Engineering Services to design replacement of research greenhouse mechanical systems and chiller, Riverside, CA

This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Pacific West Area, intends to award a modification to a firm-fixed price task order for design services for the replacement of research greenhouse mechanical systems and chiller. The replacement of mechanical systems and chiller address critical deferred maintenance to the facility. The modification will be awarded on a task order that was awarded against an existing contract. The existing contract was competed under the Brooks Act and awarded an as Architectural and Engineering, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. The opportunity is available only to the contractor under Contract No. AG-3K15-C-07-0001. The task order will be awarded to ZGA Architects & Planners, Chartered; address provided below.
