R--Notice of Intent to Award an 8(a) Sole Source Contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract with SOL Engineering Services LLC. The award will be made in accordance with FAR 19.8 - Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). The work to be done under this contract consists of furnishing accounting services per performance work statement (PWS) for the USACE Finance Center. The value of the proposed work is between $250,000.00 and $650,000.00.
