Title: RECOVERY - Calendar Year 2011 (Option III) Limited Scope Administrative & Financial ARRA On-Site Reviews Recovery The purpose of this Task Order award is to obligate $37,407.96 for "Calendar Year 2011 (Option Period III) Limited Scope Administrative & Financial ARRA On-Site Reviews ". The period of performance for this work is December 20, 2010 to December 31, 2012 and will be performed at the contractor's location in the following states: CA & WA. The purpose of this requirement is for the contractor to conduct limited scope on-site financial management reviews of EPA Grant recipients located throughout the U.S. Since 1996, oversight of assistance agreements has been cited as a material weakness under the Federal Financial Managers Integrity Act and continues to be an Agency weakness in FY 2007. This work serves to aid EPA in increasing its oversight of its assistance agreements, ensuring that policies and procedures are being followed and adhered to.
