The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Union Pacific Railroad Company, Inc. located at 1400 Douglas St Stop 1230 Omaha, NE 68179-0001. The U.S. Army Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for F5317 M200A1 Rail Impact Testing. Union Pacific Railroad Company Inc. is the only service provider in Yuma that can meet the testing requirements which makes them a sole source entity. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13.
