Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) Procurement to Next Generation Logistics, LLC, for Towing Services W912EQ23P0057 U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial supply purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 19.8 on a sole source basis to Next Generation Logistics, LLC. This procurement is to be performed under the contract consists of furnishing all plant, materials, equipment, supplies, labor, per diem, and transportation, and performing all work in strict accordance with the schedules. All work, materials, and services not expressly called for in these specifications, which may be necessary for complete and proper operations to carry out the contract shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the Contractor at no increase in cost to the Government. The Government intends to lease two (2) 2800 HP towboat with operating personnel. The towboat may be required to be used on the Mississippi River from Cairo, Ill., (Mile 953.8 AHP) to the Head of Passes (Mile 0.0) and major tributaries. The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532411 with a Small Business size standard in number of $45,500,000 dollars. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes.
