***NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE*** The Department of Veterans Affairs, RPO East/NCO 7, located at 3700 Crestwood Parkway, Suite 500 Duluth, GA 30096 intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source requirement for Montgomery VA Medical Center to: B & B Medical Services 2236 NW 10th Street Suite 117 Oklahoma City, OK 73107 POP: October 01, 2021 to December 31, 2021 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 532283 with a business size standard of 35 million. The proposed contract is for Prosthetics Home Oxygen Services for which the Government intends to solicit with a single source in accordance with per 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will evaluate all responses that are received by 10:00am pm EST July 1, 2021 for future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
