The current lease housing the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command is expiring as of September 30, 2008. The Government is seeking space in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for approximately 18,000 rentable square feet of space. This includes office, laboratory, medical, conference, and break room. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if it is economically advantageous. Move costs, alterations etc. will be considered when reviewing prospective offers.
