Notice of Intent to Sole Source Direct On-Airport Lease with Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority

This is a NOTICE of Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) intent to enter into a lease with Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) for land lease at the Ronald Reagan Washington International Airport (DCA), 1 Aviation Circle - Washington, DC 20001 on a SOLE SOURCE basis. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1)), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements as this requirement must be located on airport property for TSA to effectively carry out its mission. The period of performance will be a total of seventeen (17) years with two five (5) year option periods. No further notice will be posted.
