This is notice of intent to sole source. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Aviation Division's (OA) has a requirement for Foreign Aircraft Liability Insurance and Mexican Aircraft Liability Insurance which the Government intend to award a sole source purchase order to CS&A Aviation Insurance. DEA has a requirement for an insurance provider who will: - Provide a master police for blind coverage for OA aircraft. -Allow OA to complete their own insurance complete their own insurance certificates for each mission. - Allow OA to retain the insurance files for security reasons, (no records of any OA aircraft's are kept at the insurance carrier's office). -Waive insurance requirements such as: destination of the aircraft; purpose of the trip, pilot's names and aircraft rating; aircraft's home station; and aircraft make, model and registration. -Aircraft coverage with Liability coverage with no additional requirements. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with CS&A Aviation Insurance.
