Bank Consultant Services

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with State Street Corporation (SSC) for onsite bank consultant services to facilitate interactions with SSC in order to most efficiently execute PBGC's asset management responsibilities. The sole source determination is based on the proprietary nature of State Street's systems, procedures and processes. A person outside SSC cannot access the proprietary systems or act on SSC's behalf in transactions with PBGC. The period of performance is a base period of six months and three (3) 12-month option periods. This is not a Request for Proposal, but a Notice of Intent and no solicitation package is available.
