This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using acquisition of commercial items procedures under FAR part 12 to procure Vovici survey software license, to include access for five survey authors and one work group and associated help desk and maintenance support, in support of The United States Marine Corps, located Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above services to Websurveyor Corporation, 196 Van Buren Street, Herndon, VA 20170. The purposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: This requirement duration of contract is from date of award through 23 June 2014. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
