This is a Special Notice of intent, the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Law Enforcement Pacific Islands Division intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with CLS America to obtain Thorium VMS/ER units and to procure processing and delivery of Argos telemetry data from SBD logbook data/VMS units. The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price. The NAICS code for this procurement is 518210 with a corresponding size standard of $32.5M. This Special Notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available; however, other potential sources with the expertise and required capabilities may submit such data which demonstrates the requirements stated above.
