W--Innovation Maintenance FY 13

This special notice from the Interior Business Center is to notify the contractor community of the intent to award sole source to Innovation Data Processing. Due to the unique and specialized functional and technical considerations being supported at Department of the Interior/Interior Business Center, Innovation Data Processing is the only vendor with compatible software able to satisfy the needs of this particular requirement. Please see the attached limited source justification for more detailed information. This requirement is a continuation of service and is given authority under FAR Part 6302-1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 518210. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation; however, interested persons may identify their interest and respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 02/21/2013, 1300 MST.
