The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Acustaf Development Corporation, 2995 4300 Marketpointe DR STE 240, Bloomington, MN 55435-5423 for the procurement of nurse scheduling software as a service in support of the Office of Nursing Service (ONS) program under the authority of 38 U.S.C. § 8127©, Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this contract is to provide nurse scheduling software as a service contract. The scope of work for the nurse scheduling service is to provide an integrated system that assists with staff scheduling. This system will allow managers to coordinate schedules, capture data, produce reports, and coordinate work assignments to meet patient care needs. The primary users of the system are nurse managers, supervisors, service chief and secretaries, who will coordinate schedules, capture data, produce reports, and coordinate work assignments.
