This is a notice of intent to AWARD a sole source firm fixed price contract for Satellite Movement Tracking System transponder air time - satellite service and for labor and maintenance on a proprietary systems from the Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation. The date of award will be 1 December 2005. The period of service will be one year with options of four additional years. The maximum value is expected to be approximately $3.6 Million.
