THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE THE OPTION UNDER FAR 43.103(a), Mutual Agreement of the Parties, and FAR 52.217-09, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT. This action will result in a modification to Contract FA8630-12-M-5026 with Baker & Associates, Inc., 60 Compark Rd., Dayton, OH 45459-4802. This option exercise will be at the current rates specified in the contract and will extend the period of performance from 01 Jan 16 to 31 Dec 16. Total option exercise value is $806,684.05. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This notice is required because option periods were not synopsized in the original award notice for this contract.
