The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, fixed price contract with City of New York, MTA Bridges and Tunnels for the purchase of EZ Pass. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
