NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE This is not a solicitation. NAVFAC Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), Port Hueneme, CA intends to make a sole source award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), to Oakbrook Custom Embroidery Inc DBA Gannon Track Services, 960 Bacons Bridge Road, Unit 9 Summerville, SC 29485. NAVFAC EXWC, Port Hueneme, CA has established a requirement for one Trackage training course. Gannon Track Services is currently the only provider of this navy-specific course and the government has therefore determined that Gannon Track Services is the only source that can satisfy this agency requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted.
