The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) anticipates issuing a task order for the United States Air Force (USAF) Air Education and Training Command Aircraft Maintenance Support Services pursuant to the procedures at FAR Subpart 16.505 under the auspices of Contracted Modification, Maintenance, Aircraft and Related Services (CMMARS), a Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) multiple award contract (MAC). Therefore, pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.202(a)(6) and 16.505(a)(1), this contract action is exempt from synopsizing requirements. However, to increase transparency of NAWCTSD requirements and increase opportunities for subcontracting, notice of this opportunity is being provided. Only CMMARS Contractors awarded a contract within this vehicle are considered an interested party for this requirement. All inquiries regarding participation as a subcontractor should be directly submitted to a CMMARS Contractor for consideration referencing N61340-19-FOSR-0002. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 488190 (Other Support Activities for Air Transportation). Any documents available for this requirement hereto, including but not limited to the Fair Opportunity Submission Request (FOSR), Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) will be made available only to CMMARS Contractors.
