THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Background: U.S. Government plans to start U.S. postal liaison operation at a building located in the International Cargo Area of Haneda International Airport where owned by TIACT (Tokyo International Air Cargo Terminal Ltd.) effective 1 Jun 2019. For the operation, U.S. Government desires to lease a cubicle space for one (1) U.S. government employee stationing at the building located in the International Cargo Area within Haneda International Airport. This RFI is seeking a current and/or future TIACT office space leasee that would be interested in subletting one cubicle space to the U.S. government. Currently, the smallest room TIACT intends to provide is approximately 30.00㎡ whereas U.S. Government only requires a cubicle space (approximately 11.65㎡). TIACT will authorize the sublet of their space under a current lease holder to the U.S. Government (ie. US Air Force). Operation time of the office is 0730 to 2000 daily, including Japanese Holidays but excluding US holidays however the office space shall be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2. The Government property of one (1) laptop computer, one (1) desk computer, one (1) computer monitor, one (1) modem, one (1) router, two (2) printers, one (1) telephone, and one (1) refrigerator will be furnished. 3. Electricity and the other costs incurred to accomplish the mission will be paid by the Government. 4. No cleaning service will be necessary. Please review the attached PWS for the other details. Some of them are negotiable. This RFI is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation.
