FURNITURE MOVE/INSTALL/EXCESS PROJECT

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to OfficeMax for previously, currently under warranty, Certified Teknion furniture move/install/excess for IRS Criminal Investigation, Cleveland, OH Office. The anticipated date of contract award is May 13, 2015. This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized. However, if you have the capability to fulfill this requirement, you may submit such capabilities in writing to the IRS primary Point of Contact. Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office electronically no later than May 11, 2015 by 12:00 PM, Eastern Time.
