This special notice is being issued by Army Contracting Command- Warren as an additional market research tool. This notice affords interested parties and market participants to understand and provide input regarding the acquisition strategy/approach as identified in the attached documents. The planned procurement will result in a multiple award Basic Ordering Agreement, firm fixed price (FFP), to the contractors who represent the best value to the government. Attached to this notice is a DRAFT COPY of the RFP for industry review and comment. Contractors who wish to submit comments and suggested changes to the DRAFT RFP must do so no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on 20 April 2016. ACC-Warren will review contractor comments and suggested changes to the DRAFT RFP and may, at its discretion, choose to revise the final RFP accordingly. Comments and suggestions must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the following subject line: “DPM Transportation Draft RFP” in order to ensure receipt and consideration. Army Contracting Command-Warren is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The final RFP will be posted to FBO under solicitation number W56HZV-16-R-L111.
